How much is a monthly villa rental in Uluwatu?

Do I need a scooter for a long stay in Uluwatu?
For most stays, yes. The Bukit is spread out and few roads are walkable, so most long-stay guests rent a scooter by the month or use a driver. From the Bingin villas you can walk to the beach and some cafés.
When is the best time for a long stay in Uluwatu?
November to March is the wet season and the quietest time, with the most choice of villas and lower rates. April to October is dry season and peak surf on the Bukit, and July and August book up first.
