Share photos or renders and the exact Google Maps pin. That is usually enough for us to tell you, quickly and honestly, whether your villa fits our portfolio. If it does not, we say so and point you to a manager who suits it better.
2 | See how we report before we talk
If it fits, we send our overview and two real owner reports with the names removed, so you see exactly what lands in your inbox each month. One WhatsApp group keeps every conversation in one place.
3 | An hour with a co-founder
A one-hour call with Keanu, Cabo's co-founder. We walk you through how we run villas, answer every question, and learn what you need from a management partner.
4 | Site visit and a research board for your villa
Someone from our team visits the villa and gives you our honest assessment. We then build a research board for your villa: the local market, the guests it should attract, how to position it, and real AirDNA data rather than a projection.
5 | Contract, then live within 30 days
One standard contract: 13% of gross booking value plus a fixed IDR 2,500,000 monthly admin fee, with no minimum term. From signing we aim to be live within 30 days, with a photo shoot, your listings, pricing research and your own booking page on cabobali.com. A dedicated Owner Success Manager stays with you through the first 90 days.
6 | Run, report, pay out
Daily dynamic pricing, guests looked after end to end, and maintenance at cost with every receipt. Each month you get a full owner report by the 8th and your payout by the 15th, and you can check bookings in the owner app any day.
