Las Mimosas

Arriving soon to Pecatu, Las Mimosas is a 2-bedroom villa designed around softness, texture, and light. Where raw concrete defines the Konā collection, Las Mimosas takes a quieter path — plaster walls in warm sand tones, natural stone, timber ceilings, and woven pendants that cast gentle shadows across every room.

The ground floor opens through full height glass doors onto a lush private garden with a swimming pool, timber deck, and loungers tucked beneath the palms. Inside, a sunken living area with oversized linen seating sits alongside a dining space framed by a sculptural slatted screen and fringed pendants. The kitchen is finished in natural oak with stone countertops, keeping the same tonal warmth throughout. Upstairs, two bedrooms with king size beds look out through large timber framed windows into the surrounding greenery, each dressed in soft linens, earth tone throws, and nest like woven bedside lighting.

Las Mimosas is for travellers who want something gentle and grounded. Less statement, more stillness. A place that feels calm from the moment you walk through the carved timber door. Located in Pecatu, close to Uluwatu's beaches, surf breaks, and clifftop restaurants.

Who Las Mimosas Is For — And Who It's Not

Choose Las Mimosas If:You're drawn to soft, natural interiors over bold or industrial design. You want a villa that feels like a retreat — calm colours, organic textures, tropical gardens. You appreciate thoughtful details like hand woven lighting, carved timber doors, and stone feature walls.

Not Ideal If:You want the raw, brutalist edge of Konā or Muda. You prefer a dark, moody interior. You need something available to book right now — Las Mimosas is still in development.

The Bottom Line:Las Mimosas is the softer side of Cabo Bali. If your ideal villa feels like bare feet on warm stone with palm trees overhead, this is worth waiting for.
