These terms cover your use of cabobali.com and how bookings made through it work. By using the site or booking a villa, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

Who we are

Cabo Bali is run by PT Cabo Bali Indonesia, a company registered in Indonesia (NIB 1707240049972). We manage and market private villas in Bali on behalf of their owners. You can reach us at hello@cabobali.com.

Booking a villa

Direct bookings are made through our booking engine, run on Guesty. Before you pay, checkout shows you the total price, the payment schedule, the cancellation policy, the security deposit and the house rules for that villa. Those booking terms form your agreement for the stay, and they take priority over these general terms if the two ever differ.

A booking is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. If you book one of our villas through Airbnb, Booking.com or another platform, that platform's terms and cancellation rules apply to your booking.

Prices and offers

Villa prices are set in Indonesian rupiah (IDR). Prices shown in other currencies are a guide only and may differ from what your bank charges. Prices, offers and availability can change until a booking is confirmed. If we make an obvious pricing mistake, we will tell you and offer you the correct price or a full refund.

Villa descriptions and photos

We work hard to describe each villa honestly and keep photos current. Furniture, planting and views can change over time, and nearby building work in Bali is outside our control. If something important is not as described when you arrive, tell us straight away so we can put it right.

Your stay

Please follow the house rules for your villa and stay within the number of guests on your booking. Parties, events and commercial photo or video shoots need our written approval first. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear, and the security deposit may be used to cover it. Indonesian law requires us to register guests, so we may ask for passport details at check in.

Using this website

The words, photos, guides and design on this site belong to Cabo Bali or the villa owners and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to share links and quote short extracts with credit. Please do not copy large parts of the site, reuse our photos, or scrape the site with automated tools without our written permission.

Information for villa owners

Revenue figures, occupancy rates and other numbers on our owner pages are estimates based on past results and market data. They are not a promise of future earnings. If you work with us, your management agreement sets out the terms and takes priority over anything on this site.

Links to other sites

We link to restaurants, activities and other businesses we think you will enjoy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices or services.

Our liability

We provide this site and our guides with care, but we cannot promise they are always complete, current or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for events outside our reasonable control, such as weather, natural events, power or water outages, or government action. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We would always rather sort out a problem by talking first, so please contact us before taking any formal step.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in place when you made your booking apply to that booking. Questions go to hello@cabobali.com.
