What does Cabo Bali's management fee include?

The fee covers everything involved in running your villa: guest bookings, marketing across Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO and direct, daily dynamic pricing, housekeeping coordination, maintenance oversight, 24/7 guest support and monthly reporting. The only things outside the fee are your villa's own in-villa staff — housekeeper, gardener, pool — which we hire for you and pass through at cost, with no markup. There is no lock-in.

Can I still use my villa for personal stays?

Absolutely. There are no limits on owner stays. Just block your dates in advance and the villa is yours.

How often will I receive reports?

Monthly. You'll get a full breakdown of bookings, revenue, expenses, and occupancy. Plus real-time access to a dashboard and all expense receipts.

How do you vet guests?

We review guest profiles, ratings, and communicate directly before confirming bookings. This helps us minimize problematic guests and set clear expectations upfront.

Do I need to be in Bali to work with you?

No. Most of our owners live overseas. That's the point—we handle everything on the ground so you don't have to.

How do you handle guest bookings?

We list your property across major platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, and direct bookings), manage all enquiries, vet guests, and handle check-ins and check-outs.

How do you set pricing for my villa?

We use real-time market data, seasonal trends, and competitor analysis to optimize nightly rates—balancing occupancy with revenue.

Who handles maintenance and repairs?

We do. Our team conducts regular inspections and coordinates any repairs with trusted local contractors. You approve costs above a set threshold.

What platforms do you list on?

Direct bookings (best rates for you), Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Agoda, Expedia, and Trip.com—depending on what suits your property.
