Lead Cabo Bali's villa operations end to end — guest experience, team, standards and performance across our 20+ villa portfolio. This is our senior operating role, working directly with the founders.

What you'll do

Own day-to-day operations across the portfolio — host, housekeeping and maintenance teams
Hire, lead and develop department leads; set the standard and hold it at scale
Hit occupancy, ADR and guest-rating targets with the revenue team
Strengthen systems and SOPs (Guesty, PriceLabs, Breezeway) as we grow
Support owner relationships and reporting alongside the founders

What we're looking for

5+ years in villa, resort or boutique-hotel management — ideally Bali or Southeast Asia
A hands-on operator who leads from the ground, not a desk
Strong with numbers, systems and people
Fluent English; Bahasa Indonesia a plus

Tugas Anda

Kualifikasi

Lancar Bahasa Inggris; Bahasa Indonesia nilai plus
